Preheat oven to 190°C top/bottom heat.
Prepare a dough from the ingredients for the dough. Grease the baking tray and roll out the dough thinly.
Drain the tangerines and collect the juice for the cake glaze.
Mix the remaining ingredients, except tangerines, together and pour onto the dough. Then spread the tangerines on top. Bake in the oven at 190°C for about 45 minutes.
After it has cooled, prepare the cake icing and pour it onto the cake.
