How to make zucchini stuffed with tuna and black olives?
Cut the zucchini lengthwise, wash them and blanch them in water for 5 minutes. Once cooked, drain the zucchini and let them dry on a clean cloth. Remove them with a spoon to remove the pulp.
Put the zucchini pulp in a bowl. Add the drained tuna.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the pulp and leave only the outer part. Cut them into cubes. Add them to the bowl. Also add the pitted and cut black olives, garlic cloves, breadcrumbs and salt. Knead the mixture with a fork.
Stuff the zucchini with a generous spoonful of tuna filling. Place them on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Pour a drizzle of oil over all the zucchini. Bake at 180° in a static oven for around 20 minutes. Remove the zucchini stuffed with tuna and black olives from the oven once cooked and serve immediately.
