1.For the dough, mix the flour, butter, egg yolk, salt and wine and knead into a smooth dough.
2.Let the dough rest in the fridge for half an hour. Then roll out on a floured work surface until it is as thick as a knife’s back and cut out round shapes.
3.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 10-12 minutes until light brown.
4.For the cream, beat the butter with the icing sugar until fluffy and stir in the egg liqueur.
5.Use this to stick two biscuit pieces (=Krapferl) together and sprinkle with icing sugar.
