1 banana, organic
one tiny saucepan of water
a dash of cinnamon, if desired
All you need to do is cut the edges of the banana, then peel it off and boil it for around ten minutes. Pour the liquid into a mug while using a colander. You can use cinnamon if you feel like it. Drink this an hour before going to bed. You can also eat the boiled banana along with its peel.
