All my knives are razor sharp. No whetstone. I recommend

Rinse the knife and evaluate the result of sharpening. It will cut just perfectly!
Rust removal
Bonus – removal of rust and plaque that often forms on the knife. Just water and dish detergent will not remove them. Sprinkle the knife with baking soda and place a paper napkin on top. Pour 9% table vinegar . Repeat the same on the other side.
Leave for about 10-15 minutes . After this, clean the knife until it is in perfect condition using a sponge or an old toothbrush.
The knife looks like it just came from the store! Sparkling, razor sharp, completely clean. Take care of it and it will serve you for many years!
