Ingredients:

  • horseradish leaves;
  • dill umbrellas;
  • currant leaves;
  • cherry leaves;
  • garlic;
  • salt – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • water;
  • zucchini – 3 pcs.

Preparing pickled zucchini:

We cut the peeled zucchini into circles 2-3 cm thick. You can cut the zucchini into half circles.
