Ingredients:
- horseradish leaves;
- dill umbrellas;
- currant leaves;
- cherry leaves;
- garlic;
- salt – 3 tbsp. l.;
- water;
- zucchini – 3 pcs.
Preparing pickled zucchini:
We cut the peeled zucchini into circles 2-3 cm thick. You can cut the zucchini into half circles.
