In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Fold in the finely chopped celery.
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are evenly placed.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
To serve, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the popsicles. Garnish each with an olive, pickle, or cherry tomato on top, if desired.
Variations & Tips
For a non-alcoholic version that’s still packed with flavor, simply omit the vodka. If you’re a fan of heat, consider adding a finely chopped jalapeño or a dash of cayenne pepper. Alternatively, you can use clamato juice instead of tomato juice for a unique twist. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to make these popsicles truly your own. Remember, the key to a great Bloody Mary is balance, so taste your mixture before freezing to adjust seasoning as needed.
