Try this Ribeye Steak with French onions and French fries

Directions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
โ€“ย ๐Ÿ”ฅย Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

2. Prepare the Fries:
โ€“ย ๐Ÿฅ”ย Place the cut potatoes in a bowl, drizzle with vegetable oil, and season with salt. Toss to coat.
โ€“ย ๐ŸŸย Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

3. Caramelize the Onions:
โ€“ย ๐Ÿง…ย In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, sprinkle with sugar, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until caramelized.
โ€“ย ๐Ÿฅ„ย Add balsamic vinegar to the onions, stir, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

4. Cook the Steaks:

โ€“ย ๐Ÿง‚ย Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
โ€“ย ๐Ÿ”ฅย Heat a separate skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
