Freshness and cleanliness in toilets: creative solutions against unwanted odours and deposits
In many homes, unpleasant odours in toilets are often a problem that is difficult to combat. Yet, with a little ingenuity, effective solutions can be found. Such an innovative method consists in manufacturing a deodorant for improvised toilets.
A simple method is to pour clean water into the bottom of a plastic bottle and fill the rest with softener. A few small holes in the lid allow the mixture to gradually penetrate into the water and diffuse a pleasant fragrance with each rinsing.
An additional advantage of this method is that the water level in the flush is certainly reduced, but not to the point of damaging its functionality, and that the water bill decreases slightly.
