Strawberry Buttermilk Doughnuts

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease your doughnut pans with non-stick cooking spray. (You’ll need 2 pans that hold 6 doughnuts each.)
2. Prepare the Doughnut Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg until well blended.
In another bowl, mix together melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam.

In a bowl, mix together diced strawberries, heavy whipping cream, and strawberry jam until well combined.

Once the doughnuts are completely cooled, you can either drizzle the glaze over them or dip them into the glaze. For extra glaze coverage, let the first layer set up for a few minutes before dipping a second time.
6. Serve:
