3. Pineapple (pineapple/pineapple)

During the season when pineapple is cheap, you can choose to deodorize the refrigerator with pineapple.

Here’s how to do it: buy ripe pineapple, peel it. Then cut into 4 and put in the cupboard. Not only is the refrigerator completely deodorized, but it also smells like pineapple, helping to “refresh” the environment in the refrigerator.

4. Use cotton towels

Take a clean cotton towel, fold it neatly and place it in the top compartment of the refrigerator. Cotton fabric has hygroscopic properties so it will absorb all odors in the refrigerator.

After using this method for a while, take the towel out and wash it with warm water, dry it in sunlight and continue to use it again.

5. Use tea (tea)

Take about 50g of flower-infused tea, put it in a small cloth bag and put it in the refrigerator. The essence in the tea will absorb all the bad odors in the refrigerator. This tea bag can be used continuously for about 1 month, then you can take the tea out and dry it in the sun to continue using.

6. Coffee powder/Coffee grounds: helps deodorize the refrigerator very effectively

Like dry tea / green tea / bud tea, using unbrewed powdered coffee is an extremely useful and effective trick to deodorize the refrigerator.

You can also brew 1 cup of concentrated coffee and put it in the refrigerator without covering it so that the coffee water deodorizes better. If you are a fan of filter coffee, you can use coffee grounds to deodorize the refrigerator.

7. Use charcoal

Charcoal has the ability to dehumidify the refrigerator quite well. Take some charcoal and crush it, put it in a cloth bag and then put it in the refrigerator compartment. After about 1 month, you should replace that charcoal bag with a new charcoal bag.

Additionally, you can also use activated carbon to deodorize. This type of charcoal helps eliminate odors and does not change the quality or taste of food.

8. Great tip to deodorize the refrigerator with vinegar

Cooking vinegar or cultured vinegar is considered an “expert” in treating refrigerator odors. Put the vinegar in a small jar, cover it and put it in the refrigerator. If the refrigerator is too smelly, cut a tomato in half and add it, you will see the smell is eliminated very quickly.

With a seemingly simple mixture like this, you will have a very effective way to deodorize your refrigerator.

9. Baking Soda

Abroad, people quite like baking soda for cleaning and deodorizing. You put baking soda powder in a small bag or cup and put it in the bottom compartment of the refrigerator for a few days to a week and the refrigerator will no longer smell bad. If you want to add scent, you can add dried lavender to keep your refrigerator smelling fresh.
