Directions:

Step 1: Marinate the Beef
1. In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
2. Toss the thinly sliced beef in the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
1. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1/4 cup beef broth or water. Set aside.

Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add 4 cups broccoli florets, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 1 thinly sliced large carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Transfer the vegetables to a plate and set aside.

Step 4: Cook the Beef
1. In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon minced ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Step 5: Combine Everything
1. Return the stir-fried vegetables to the skillet with the beef.
2. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
3. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
4. Stir in the 2 chopped green onions.

Serve your delicious beef and broccoli stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
