3. Add the Water
Slowly pour in 3 cups of water. Depending on your bottle, it might foam up a bit, especially if you’re using an old bottle that still has some soap residue.
If you’re reusing a 32 oz bottle, you can just top it off with water—no need to measure.
Once all the ingredients are in the bottle, put the top back on securely. Then, tip the bottle back and forth gently to mix everything together.
