Homemade Energy Bars Recipe for a Healthy Snack

Ingredients (Makes 12 Servings):

  • 1 cup (130g) dates
  • 1/2 cup (80g) dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup (80g) prunes
  • 1/2 cup (70g) cashews
  • 1 cup (60g) dried coconut
  • 1-2 tablespoons ground oats (optional)

Instructions:

1. Soak the Fruits:

  • In a bowl, soak 1/2 cup of dried apricots and 1 cup of dates in boiling water for 10 minutes.

2. Crush the Cashews:

  • Pulse 1/2 cup of cashews in a food processor until finely minced.
