Ingredients (Makes 12 Servings):
- 1 cup (130g) dates
- 1/2 cup (80g) dried apricots
- 1/2 cup (80g) prunes
- 1/2 cup (70g) cashews
- 1 cup (60g) dried coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons ground oats (optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak the Fruits:
- In a bowl, soak 1/2 cup of dried apricots and 1 cup of dates in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Crush the Cashews:
- Pulse 1/2 cup of cashews in a food processor until finely minced.
