Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour in the Empress 1908 Indigo Gin and top with sparkling lemonade.
3. Very slowly and carefully pour the Blue Curaçao down the side of the glass, letting it settle at the bottom.

Optional Finishing Touch

For a festive touch, add a fresh rosemary sprig to give your cocktail a witches’ broom flourish and a refreshing, herby note to balance the sweetness.

Recipe Tips

To ensure your Blue Curaçao sinks to the bottom, pour it very slowly and carefully. If you pour too quickly, you risk mixing it with the gin and lemonade.
