Ingredients
For the cookies:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed

1 1/2 cups strawberry jam
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
Directions
1. Preheat oven and line baking sheet
Preheat oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent cookies from sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
2. Cream Butter and Sugar
Combine the butter and sugars: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together 1 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1⁄2 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla
Incorporate the eggs: Beat in 2 large eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
4. Add the vanilla: Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.
5. Combine the dry ingredients
Dry Ingredient Whisk: In a separate bowl, whisk together 21⁄2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt until evenly distributed.
