Why scientists advise against redoing the bed

We all sweat while we sleep. According to some experts, an adult loses about a liter of fluids through sweat while sleeping. This generates an environment conducive to mites, and our bed could accommodate more than a million.

Various studies advise not to redo the bed in the morning. Leaving the bed undone throughout the day, and do it again before going to sleep, is a great way to get rid of the mites. Remember to change the sheets every 2 weeks.
