Eucalyptus leaves. According to a recent study, they are particularly effective against infections in the respiratory tract. These leaves also have analgesic and stimulating properties of the immune system. Bring to a boil 10 leaves of eucalyptus in a liter of water. Drink a couple of cups a day.

Onion. It has antibacterial properties that help fight infections and relieve their symptoms. Blend 3 onions with 2 cloves of garlic, the juice of a lemon and a tablespoon of honey. Filter and let rest for 24 hours. Just take a spoon a day.

Curcumme. It has antiseptic, antibacterial and antibiotic properties, as well as speeding up metabolism and increasing defenses. Prepare a herbal tea bringing a teaspoon of turmeric to a boil in 250 ml of water. Drink a cup a day.
