One of the appliances to which we dedicate less care and maintenance is precisely our oven, despite being used a lot and is inclined to the accumulation of fat and other food residues that, over time, harden and become difficult to eliminate.
Vinegar is one of the most powerful and versatile cleaning products, and can also be of great help for cleaning our oven. It contains compounds that cause dirt to come away easily, including the encrusted grease.
Remember that the oven should be cleaned periodically and should never be allowed to accumulate too much fat. Once encrusted, in fact, in addition to being unhygienic, the fat can even reduce the capacity of the oven.
To clean it periodically, pass on the internal surfaces a cloth immersed in a solution composed of two equal parts of vinegar and water. If the dirt does not come off with the cloth, rub with a sponge. Make sure you use a cloth that does not leave lin.
Remove and dip the oven grids in a solution consisting of 1 part vinegar and 3 part water. Leave them for about 20 minutes, then rub well with a sponge and rinse with plenty of water.
