1. Abdominal Crunch
Lie on a mat, with your knees bent, back and feet resting on the ground and your hands behind the back of the head. It lifts the shoulders, tightening the abdominal muscles, for 1-2 seconds, then slowly returns to the initial position and repeat until the set is completed.
During the exercise, always keep your head in a neutral position, looking at the ceiling. Exhale and tighten your abdominal muscles while doing the crunch exercise.
Do 10-15 repetitions for a total of 3 sets.
