Second massage
Put the index finger on the edge of the eyes and make small circular massages to heat the area. After a few seconds, press and push slightly towards the temples for about 3 seconds.
The Third Massage
Press on both corners of the eyes. Try to move these points perpendicularly, but without stretching or altering the skin.
The Fourth Massage
Combine index, annulor and middle and perform a pressure between the eyebrows for about 5-7 seconds.
Fifth massage
Using the same fingers as the previous massage, press the eye contour, at the exact point where the bone is felt. Hold the pressure for 5-7 seconds.
