1. Preparing the oranges:
First, wash the oranges well under running water to remove any dirt or pesticide residue. Be sure to use organic oranges, as the skin will be used in this recipe.

2. Cut the oranges:
Cut the oranges into thin slices, trying to get even sections. Remove the seeds from the slices, if applicable.

3. Blanch the orange slices:
In a large saucepan, bring enough water to a boil to cover the orange slices. When the water is boiling, add the orange slices and let them boil for about 5 minutes. This will help remove bitterness from the skin.

4. Rinse and repeat:
Drain the blanched orange slices and rinse well under cold water. Repeat this boiling and rinsing process a total of three times. This will help make the orange slices sweeter and less bitter.

5. Baking on Low Heat:
Arrange the orange slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart. Place the pan in the oven preheated to 90°C and let the orange slices cook for about 2-3 hours. This slow process at a low temperature will allow the orange slices to dry without burning them.

6. Flavor (optional):
