To prepare it you only need coarse salt, preferably of good quality like the Himalayan one. Quality salts are rich in minerals that, absorbed by the body along with heat, help reduce humidity levels and relieve pain.
The preparation of the hot salt is very simple: put a handful of coarse salt in a pot and heat for a few minutes. When the salt begins to come out of the salt a little smoke it is time to turn off the stove.
