Yogurt Cake

Preparation:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Mix Ingredients:
Mix the ingredients one by one in the following order:
Baking powder
Yogurt
Oil
Sugar
Flour
Eggs and lemon zest
Prepare Cake Tin:
Butter or oil a cake tin using a sheet of kitchen paper.
Pour Batter:
Pour the prepared batter into the cake tin.
Bake:
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Check for Doneness:
Check the cooking by inserting the tip of a knife (it should come out dry).
