How to Get Rid of Calluses on Feet Naturally

Precautions:
1. Soaking Your Feet

Warm Water Soak: Soften the calluses by soaking your feet in warm water for about 15-20 minutes. This helps to loosen and soften the hard skin, making it easier to remove the callused area.
Epsom Salt Addition: Add a handful of Epsom salt to the soaking water. Epsom salt can help to exfoliate and nourish the skin, enhancing the softening effect on the calluses.

2. Using Baking Soda

After soaking your feet, mix three tablespoons of baking soda into a basin of warm water and soak your feet for another 15-20 minutes. Baking soda acts as a natural exfoliant, which aids in removing dead skin.

3. Applying Apple Cider Vinegar

Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and tape it to the callus with a bandage. Leave it on overnight. The acidity of the vinegar helps soften and reduce calluses. The next morning, gently exfoliate the area with a pumice stone.

4. Using Castor Oil

After soaking and drying your feet, apply castor oil directly to the callus. Cover with a cotton sock overnight. Castor oil is a natural moisturizer that can help soften the calluses significantly.

5. Pumice Stone

After soaking your feet, use a pumice stone to gently file the callus. Be sure to wet the pumice stone and move it in a circular or sideways motion to avoid damaging the skin.

6. Lemon Peel or Onion

Place a small piece of lemon peel or fresh onion slice on the callus, securing it with a bandage and leaving it overnight. Both lemon and onion have natural acidic properties that can help soften the tough skin.
