  • 3 carrots
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 handful of alfalfa
  • 1 clove of raw garlic

Preparation

  • First, pass the carrots through a juice extractor and, after obtaining the juice, add it with the rest of the ingredients, previously washed, in the blender.
