We put 2 kg of strawberries in bowls filled with water for 5-10 minutes, then clean the strawberries and remove the stems. Then, after the jars are washed, they are filled with strawberries, then two tablespoons of sugar are poured into each jar.
Then the jars are filled with boiling water and closed with the lid, and boiled in a pot filled halfway with water. From the time the water starts to boil, leave the jars on the fire for about 15 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, remove the jars from the pot and close the lids tightly and place them upside down on a surface, covered with a cloth. The next day, check that all the canisters do not have air inside, and keep them upside down in a cool place and protected from light. In this way they will remain intact even up to 2 years.
