2. Immersion in hot water:

Place the jar of honey in hot water (the water temperature should not exceed 45 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Gradually the honey will become liquid.

It is important to monitor the water temperature – it should not exceed 45 degrees in order to preserve all the beneficial properties of honey.
