Fresh Watermelon: Preferably organic, to avoid pesticide residues.
Lime or Lemon Juice: Adds extra detoxifying benefits and enhances flavor.

Instructions
Prepare the Watermelon:
Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing the rind. The red flesh of the watermelon is rich in lycopene, an antioxidant that helps reduce inflammation and flush toxins from the body.
If you have a juicer, you can juice the watermelon chunks for a more concentrated drink. Alternatively, blending and then straining them works well too.
Enhance with Citrus:
Squeeze the juice of one lime or lemon into the watermelon juice. Citrus fruits are high in vitamin C, which not only boosts the immune system but also enhances the liver’s ability to detoxify.
Add Mint for Flavor:
If using, add a few fresh mint leaves to the blend or juice for a refreshing flavor. Mint is also beneficial for digestion and can help soothe the stomach.
