Cleaning the coffee maker is very important! The residues on the bottom of the tub can alter its flavor, ruining an important time of the day. Of course, because coffee is a ritual: whether it is at breakfast, mid-morning, after lunch or in the afternoon! It should be prepared slowly and the true connoisseurs have not yet replaced the beloved moka well oiled with pods. It’s a matter of principles, or almost: you have to learn to enjoy the wait, the reward is so much!

We pump the boiler with water, insert the filter, add the magic powder, screw the binder and wait for the heat to give us this aromatic elixir that “gos” our life.

However, if the aftertaste is ruined by poor maintenance, the surprise is bitter, in every sense! So it is better to play in advance and always keep it in very good condition!

We have always been told not to use soaps, not to put it in the dishwasher at all. They are right! Detergents are likely to damage the metal and release substances that completely change the taste of our coffee.
