How to professionally clean your coffee maker
To make the mocha warm again, without compromising the taste of coffee, use white vinegar!
Dilute 3 tablespoons in a glass of water, soak the sponge for dishes in this liquid then pass the outer surface to polish it.
Use pure vinegar on the bottom, but rub gently.
Then prepare a bowl and pour plenty of boiling water. Add a glass of vinegar, now let the recovery tank macerate for about half an hour. During this time the solution created will dissolve the internal encrustations, but also those present in the compression chamber and in the flow accelerator (the internal parts, to be clear). After 30 minutes rinse with running water.
Finally, for a thorough cleaning, fill the boiler with water, the filter with salt and vinegar, then screw as to make coffee and turn on the gas. Wait for the liquid to come out, turn off the heat and wash. Repeat the operation once every two weeks to keep your mocha in perfect condition.
