How to clean a stainless steel pan with white vinegar and baking soda?

Start by sprinkling baking soda on the burnt areas of the stainless steel pan or pan.

Make sure the burnt areas are well covered with baking soda. Put some on to it.

Then pour the white vinegar on the baking soda.

A chemical reaction with bubbles and effervescence is then seen.

This chemical reaction is completely normal and harmless.

It helps to soften and dissolve burnt residues.

Let the sodium bicarbonate and vinegar solution rest for 15-20 minutes.

After letting it act, take a soft sponge and gently rub the burned areas.

Baking soda combined with vinegar acts as an abrasive to dissolve burnt residues.

After rubbing the surface, thoroughly rinse the pot or pan with hot water.

If some burnt points persist, you can repeat the process.

You can buy citric acid on the market.

Or squeeze several lemons to get some of them.

How to recover a stainless steel pan with citric acid?

Mix 2 tablespoons of citric acid in a cup of hot water.

Pour the solution into the stainless steel pan or pan, taking care to cover the burned areas well.

Put the pot or pan on the heat and bring the solution to a boil.

Let boil for 5 minutes to allow citric acid to act on the burnt residue.

Once the solution has reached a boil, remove the pot or pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
