Sink clogging, tips to unlock it naturally
— —--
If your home’s drains are cloaked in stagnant water, food, or otherwise, not only will the clogging occur, but you will also feel an unpleasant smell. To help dissolve these debris and return to a free discharge, there are three natural ingredients with corrosive and irritating effects.
The first ingredient is the cheap and easy-to-refled sodium carbonate, is white and rough. It is used in place of sodium bicarbonate because it is more corrosive because of its high alkali content. It acts directly as deodorant, degreasing and disinfectant.
This ingredient is associated with wine vinegar similar to white wine vinegar, and is a solution derived from the fermentation of sugars. Its strength is discrustation in addition to limestone and brushes. For both of the above mentioned types, hot water is added to stimulate the reaction of the components and wash away any residues to clean the pipes.
The dosages needed for a medium-sized filling are:
Sodium carbonate
spoons from soup
Half a glass of vinegar
1 liter of hot water
If the obstruction is critical (always first the cause), the amount increases:
Sodium carbonate 6 tablespoons
1 glass of wine vinegar
Hot water 1 and a half liter as fast as possible
Add pure vinegar and let stand for 5 minutes
Pour hot water – never boiling – will stimulate this process and keep the pipes clean.
