Bread uncle: the recipe for doing it at home

Ingredients: half a kilo of wholemeal flour, 300 ml of water at room temperature and salt.

Mix the flour with a pinch of salt, place it in the shape of a volcano and gradually pour the water at room temperature. Knead well for 15 minutes, then wrap the dough in a cloth and let it rest for an hour.

After the predetermined time flattens the dough with a reel until it reaches a thickness of about half a centimeter.

For the cooking of unleavened bread, you can inform at 220o for about 20 minutes or, alternatively, cook in a hot non-stick pan for a couple of minutes to the side.
