Exercise 1. Pronounce the vowels out loud, opening your mouth well and holding the position for 30 seconds for each vowel. Perform 3 repetitions.
Exercise 2. Inflate the cheeks as if you were to inflate a balloon and hold this position for 30 seconds. Make 5 repetitions.
Exercise 3. Tilt your head backwards as much as possible and keep the position for 10 seconds. Repeat at least 10 times a day. This exercise is particularly effective against the fat accumulated on the neck.
Exercise 4. Massage the cheeks by giving “pizzicotti” throughout the line of the jaw, from the soreness to the ears. Run 10 sets of 3 repetitions each.
