Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash the apples and cut them into small chunks. It’s best to leave the skin on since it contains a significant amount of fiber.
Peel the ginger root and slice it thinly.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Juicing:
If you have a juicer, pass the apple chunks, sliced ginger, and whole lemon through it to extract the juice.
If using a blender, blend the apple chunks, ginger slices, and water until smooth. Then, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice. Finally, stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Serve:
Pour the mixed juice into a glass and drink immediately to enjoy the maximum benefits.
