Ingredients:
Marinade:
1 cup fresh lime juice πŸ‹
2 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro leaves
1 tsp dried crushed Mexican oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander

For the Fajitas:
6 large flour tortillas 🌯
1 lb flank steak, fat trimmed
4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large white onion, thinly sliced
0.5 cup Dale’s Seasoning
