All of these tasks put extra strain on the brain, which is why they need more hours of sleep.
According to researchers, women have a harder time waking up than men. In addition, due to lack of sleep, they have a higher risk of suffering from illnesses such as depression, psychological problems, heart problems, as well as anxiety, anger and low tolerance.
