12. EAT WHITENING FOODS
To display a flawless smile, favor foods like apple or mint that have “cleaning” and therefore whitening properties. After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with a few drops of oil diluted in a glass of water or mix a drop of oil directly with your toothpaste and rub gently.
