Coconut melting cakes

Preparation:
Melt the butter on a gentle fire and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
In a bowl, whip the whole eggs with the sugar.
Incorporate the grated coconut, flour and yeast and mix well.
Pour in the milk, then the butter melted and warmed, while mixing.
Divide the dough into a buttered or silicone-run mold, or into muffin-moulds.
Place for rent for 30 to 40 minutes in the case of a large cake or cake, or 20 to 25 minutes in the case of muffins.
Allow to cool before gently unmolding and taste at room temperature.
