“Silver fish” are insects also known as moths or silverfish. No one at home likes to see her inside

Their current scientific name is Lepisma saccharina and they are native to temperate regions, but are common as indigenous insects around the world.
Money fish – what if they infest your house?
They are small and have a silver color, which makes them easily visible. They are often seen as a problem because they feed on organic materials such as paper, fabric and cereals.
Female silverfish lay their eggs in sheltered places, such as cracks in walls or furniture, and once eggs are hatched, young insects feed until they reach sexual maturity.
At this stage, the male and the female mate and the female lays more eggs to continue the breeding cycle. The development cycle of silverfish depends on environmental conditions, but can last from two weeks to several months on average.

All of this easily suggests how intrusive they can be once they have “taken” in our homes.
