1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of honey
Crushed milling cutters
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients.
Apply to your face and leave to act for 15 minutes.
Rinse to make a glowing skin.
Oranges
Oranges are juicy, pulpy and vibrant in colour. They contain vitamin C, an antioxidant that prevents oxidative damage, UV damage and reduces inflammation. Eat one to two oranges every other day or drink freshly squeezed orange juice with the pulp. Avoid pulp if you have stomach ulcers.
Tip: You can also apply orange juice to your skin, if you wish.
