The ingenious trick for de-icing a freezer: the ice disappears without disconnecting the sector card

Take all the food out of the freezer and store it in a cool place
Place a saucepan of boiling water to increase the temperature and recover the water produced during thawing
Close the freezer and wait for the ice to melt. In this way, the heat of the boiling water will help melt the ice more quickly.
Open the freezer from time to time to let in the hot air, which will also help the ice melt faster
