An infallible recipe for vinegar for dry and crispy French fries

Get the following ingredients:
Water
Potatoes
Fry oil
1 double-soaky cornstarch tables
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
How do you prepare your French fries?
1. To begin with, peel your potatoes and cut them as sticks.
2. Then pour them into a large basin and add the white vinegar, making sure they are all coated.
3. 3. Cover your french fries with cold water and leave the preparation to stand for about ten minutes.
4. Pour it all into a strainer, then wipe the French fries with a clean cloth and tap lightly to remove the excess water.
5. Pour your fries into a bowl and sprinkle the cornstick over the sticks, mixing it all.
