Preparation
(You can do the recipe with or without Thermomix. The figures for the TM are in parentheses).
1. First, put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable broth in a saucepan and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir with a mixer for 5 to 8 seconds (10 seconds/5 seconds).
2. Then pour the vinaigrette into bottles now and store it in a refrigerator after cooling. The vinegar keeps it and makes it last quite long. It tastes good with all leaf salads or raw meals.
The vinaigrette is also an excellent souvenir or a small homemade gift.
