Delights with bananas and oats without guilt: a dream dessert without sugar and flour

Prepare the dough
Start by preheat your oven to 180oC (350oF).
In a mixer or culinary robot, purée the peeled bananas until you get a smooth consistency. This not only adds natural softness, but also contributes to the soft texture of our candy.
Transfer the banana puree into a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs and milk, whipping until the whole thing is well mixed. The eggs will structure our dessert, while milk adds moisture and helps to bind the ingredients.
Incorporate the dry ingredients
Gradually add oat flakes, coconut flakes, chemical yeast and a pinc of salt to the wet mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and you get a smooth paste. Oat and coconut flakes not only add healthy fiber and fat, but also create a delicious texture.
