Physical exercise and work influence your routine
If you sweat heavily at the gym or if your work exposes you to dirt (workshop, factory, etc.), a daily shower becomes necessary. But be careful. The water that is too hot and the aggressive cleansers may dry out the skin. Preference should be given to a quick shower with warm water with mild soap, with emphasis on areas prone to bacteria (doors, groins, feet).
Adapting your shower to the seasons: a clever reflex
- In summer, with heat and sweating, showering daily, or even twice a day, may be essential.
- In winter, the skin is drier and more sensitive. Reducing the frequency of showers and using washing oils helps to preserve natural hydration.
