How to store pork and potato skewers
To store leftover pork skewers and potatoes, allow them to cool completely before placing them in a sealed container. Refrigerate the skewers and they should last well for up to 3-4 days. Make sure you warm them up before serving them, either in the microwave, in the oven or in the deep fryer, until they are warm.

As for freezing, pig and potato skewers can indeed be frozen, even if the texture of potatoes may change slightly during thawing; they may become a little softer or more granular. To freeze, wrap each kebab individually in a food film or aluminium foil, then place them in sealed freezer bags. Label the bags with the date and they can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator all night before warming up to ensure uniform and safe heating.
