Instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the green beans and cook, stir traditionallyring, until they are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Push the green beans to the side of the wok and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are just set, then break them into smaller pieces.
Add the garlic, soy sauce, red chilies salt, and pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
Serve hot with rice.
