5 tablespoons of squash seeds
4 tablespoons of raisins
3 tablespoons of flaxseed
4 to 5 tablespoons of natural honey
Instructions:
Rinse the raisins with sodium bicarbonate and then with clear water. Dry them with absorbent paper.
